In the left 2/3 of the photo we look over Bear Island to see several of the most prominent mountains featured in the Winnipesaukee viewscape - the view to the right of Paugus is seen over first Timber and then Mark Island, sort of blended together. At the extreme right is a view of a fraction of the westernmost section of the Ossipees.
