Imagine an elongated Italian bread (similar to a French bread) that is filled with any of the following stuffings: eggplant parm, chicken parm, pepperoni/cheese, spinich/sausage/cheese, broccoli/sausage/cheese....any variety of combinations, but these are the most popular (in our area, at least!) Although they are pre-baked, it is preferable to serve them heated from an oven. Do we know if the Loon Center has an oven? If not, the breads can be served at room temperature.
