I haven't heard anything, but the building in question is next to Joe's property, not at the Weirs location. That has been vacant for some time, and even if Winnisquam is still moving forward with the purchase they probably would have no need for that building. They have multiple over there now.

The LED sign on the vacant Channel Marine building is flashing "future home of the Tilton Trailer Outlet" so I would presume Joe now owns it or rents it...
