Looks like good ole Joe of the Tilton Trailer Outlet bought or is renting Channel Marine's building next door. I am assuming he is also keeping his present facility and land and simply expanding. He definitely needed the extra space!

Stopped in there last week...thinking about a trailer for my tritoon to avoid winter storage costs...maybe next year.
