The tow boats were out there SE of Rattlesnake Island until dusk preparing the boat that sat with the bow straight out of the water. The white hump is the hull of the boat. They did not tow it until after 9:30 PM. Air bags kept it afloat while one of the tow boats pumped out gallons of water. The boat kept sinking, then they pumped it up again. When it was finally towed it was righted. The passengers were unhurt, I believe.
