A fully loaded concrete truck skidded on the snowy road surface and rolled over on Rt. 11 this morning, just west of the Minge Cove Rd. intersection. The back end of the concrete truck landed on the cab of a pickup truck. The driver of the pickup truck will be OK according to the people I talked to at the scene.
