Sales of single family residential homes in the Lakes Region communities in this report showed a pretty strong uptick in December with 89 transactions at an average price of $306,126. In December of 2010 there were just 59 sales although at a higher average sales price of $369,112. Sales above the $400,000 mark were strong with 15 waterfront sales that closed in December. This was a pretty good finish to the year!

As some of you know, besides my PTSD, anxiety, and depression, I also have some fun knee, hip, back, and spinal conditions. These bother me in random ways, so I can't always guess which knee, arm, or hand is going to work properly. So sometimes I walk OK, sometimes I stagger like I'm drunk, and sometimes I just plain fall down. I bet it would make some fun videos to watch!

I decided I would Blog about my wonderful long weekend at the Lake. I just returned about an hour ago from a weekend full of beautiful weather and more sweet memories.
