Default Winter harbor ice

We went by there yesterday, there was one bob house on the ice very close to the bottom of the ramp across from the libby museum. I did not see any sled tracks out on the ice.

Nightrider-

We were there last weekend - the ice looked very thin. A few small animal tracks. Wide open at the mouth of the broads.

happy new year

There were three bob houses in front of Libby today. The one highlander referred to and two more. The other two had fishermen sitting there. All three are very close to shore so I am assuming they are questioning the stability of the ice. Yesterday it was all open water by the airport looking out from Libby. Beyond Keewaydin point is frozen but it is hard to tell where open water is after that. Around where the rope swing used to be if you are familiar? Last night was very cold so if it wasn't too windy, it may have frozen up some. I forgot to look way out today as I was looking at the bob houses.
