Submersible electric pumps
I am looking to anchor an electric submersible pump in the deep channel and set up various filtration systems to supply water to my island camp and hot water heater. What types of systems have you found that work best?

We have a submersible pump installed by Island Support Service. It is a standard Gould drilled well pump mounted on a locally made frame. The pump is now about 60' from shore in 15' of water and stays there year round. Under the camp we have sediment filtration, activated charcoal filter and a UV purification system. Pretty common for island camps as a search here will show.
