A look at Crystal Lake from Halls Hill in Gilmanton. Durrell Mt is at left-center, Whiteface Mt is at right-center and the upper slopes of Piper Mt show at the far right. The fields of an old farm site show at the far left on the lower slopes of Cogswell Mt. The complex of buildings in the right foreground lie at the base of a hill that has about 50 acres of field extending up the hill. The farmhouse of that complex is shown in the next posting.
