Cool Find! Many details/names that no longer exist. Great piece of history.

Did you notice the name of present day Echo Point? It is Gerrish Point and I wonder if the house at the top of Echo Point was the Gerrish home as it is of that age in it's design.
Also there is no mention or drawn detail of Sandy Point.
Did notice your Hills Pond has not changed its name and one old road to it that is no longer there.

I just came across this thread while doing some research. Gerrish Point was also Fischer Point. The original yellow house at the end of Echo Point was the Fischer house. No idea where Gerrish came from.
