Posts: 3,694	I had rented a stump grinder to get rid of the stumps in the yard, grindings in foreground. I fabricated and welded up a drag to tow behind the tractor down at our beach, made it a nightly Ritual on the weekends or whenever the beach needed sprucing up. This cozy little home had the best of both worlds in that it was high on a hill, always with a nice cool breeze and with afforded privacy, and also had a deed-ed Beach and boat docks on Paugus Bay.
