This is perhaps the most active large falls in the range, running all year, although at almost a trickle in very dry summers. Roaring Falls, on Straightback Mt, has a greater total drop, but is usually dry for much of the year. Suncook Falls is on Suncook Brook, about .5 mi below Round Pond - Suncook Brook drains the pond toward the south. The falls has a drop of about 25 ft.
