I'm only kidding about the cam but this was the view on Nov. 25, day after Thanksgiving, 2005. There's a 3 inch dusting of snow all around the lake. Wouldn't it be a great place for a webcam? Notice rattlesnake Island mid-center-left with it's blanket of snow. Mt. Major is the more greenish slope just below the island.

Great shot. I will post a similar shot from this location taken on the 4th of July weekend this past year. The homeowners along this stretch of road sure have the hidden jewel view in the Lakes Region!
