Mt Roberts lies on the westernmost flank of the Ossipee Range - it's the first tall peak on the left side of the range as one looks north from the lake. The long ridge leading from Rte 171 to its peak is called Roberts Ridge. Many views such as this are available from the trail leading up the ridge to the summit, where there is a grand view north to Chocorua, Washington, etc.
