Other lakes at the headwaters include: Manning, Eileen, Sunset and Hills Pond all flowing into Crystal Lake in Gilmanton Iron Works. Crystal Lake flows through Suncook Brook to Upper and Lower Suncook Lakes in Center Barnstead. The Suncook River begins here and flows through Pittsfield and Allenstown until it eventually empties into the Merrimac in Hookset. http://www.friendsofsuncookriver.org/
