In the center of the photo is the lakeside mountain, East Rattlesnake. Behind it is the lower summit of West Rattlesnake. These twin peaks have some of the finest views in the Squam Lakes area and receive heavy traffic to their scenic outlooks. Part of the long spine of the Squam Range is in the background.
