From the
Healthy Buffalo
newsletter: (They are in Epsom on Route 4 if you would like to try something new!)
Turtle And Frog Legs
Frog legs
Turtle
Buttermilk
Flour
Vegetable oil for frying
Prepare frog legs and turtle. Soak overnight in refrigerator in buttermilk. Allow to stand 2 hours at room temperature.
Dredge in flour and fry in oil as you would chicken. Heating the buttermilk improves the flavor of turtle and frog legs.
