Scene from shore of Manning Lake near the Marshall Cabins beachfront. At the right rear is Shannon Mt, near the scout camp - it provides 3 sites at its summit where fine views of the area can be seen in all directions. Somewhat obscured by the limbs of the lakefront maple tree Mack Ridge rises up as it heads northerly towards the summit of Mt Mack, where still more extensive views may be seen.
