The Griswold Scout Reservation in Gilmanton is a 3500 acre facility. There are 2 scout camps located there, Hidden Valley at Lake Eileen, and Camp Bell on Manning Lake. This scene is from Manning Lake where it seems that a scout is demonstrating his kayaking skills to a scout official.
