New ownership as of 4-7-08, what I hear new golf course , pizza place and renovations

P.O. will still be there till 2010[lease] after that ???????

I heard there was a purchase and sale but wasn't sure if it went through. did the folks who own the mini-golf in Chichester end up buying it? McD
