Sure do know that location. Spent 2 summer vacations there before moving a few places away to the south. In the 2nd, from the brocure, if you blow it up you will see a white dock on the far right, actually the cement abutment, of our dock. The property originally had only 2 cottages. The 1st right on the beach which was moved straight back and had a foundation added. The second was on the high point where the community docks are and has had so many changes that it is no longer recognizable. The rentals were handled by Walter Piper who owned our last cottage which we leased from him year round for $1,100 a year. Cheaper than owning for sure even back then.
