This occurred in 1999 in The Broads off Wolfeboro Neck's Ayers Point. The instructor, a 14-year-old-student-pilot, and a passenger/relative of the student landed up-side-down, but all "waded away" -- uninjured.

I have a photo -- from the shallows -- showing the Cessna and FIVE Marine Patrol boats present!

Within an hour, it was placed on a raft and towed for an FAA inspection. To the craft itself, only three feet of one wingtip appeared damaged.
