I love seeing pics of the Frog... I paint it now that my grandfather has passed away... His name is Homer the frog rock..He does not like the lipstick. My grandfather always would get a kick when we went by and someone was taking a picture of the frog...susan ripley Wareham Ma

Susan,
My family has enjoyed "frog rock" (as we always called it) for years. It is nice to know he has another name. Can you give us some background on the female frog rock that popped up next to "frog rock" after many years and has now disappeared again? Our family always says that he got married and then divorced.

Hi Elizabeth,
I do not know who did the female frog rock. I was glad to see that he had some company. I think when I give Homer his spring painting I will bring her back to. I am so happy that you have enjoyed Homer over the years. It has brought great joy to our family since my grandfather painted it. HAPPY HOLIDAYS Susie Ripley
