Although the skipper does appear to be dry, this Sunfish needs two adjustments: One is that the halyard is attached too low (setting the entire sail too high—and the boat too tippy).
Second, the bronze fitting at the mast needs to be adjusted to raise the boom away from dragging in the water, leading to an upset. (Raising the boom to somewhat above level).
I believe this skipper actually lives on Rattlesnake Island and was one I invited to join this forum.
