Default Looking for a Real Estate Attorney

Hi everyone

Was hoping that someone could point me in the right direction. I am looking for an attorney for a land sale. I don't have a lot of experience in a certain type of transaction and was hoping to get some expert advice. If anyone has had experience with some local attorneys in the Moultonboro, Meridith or Laconia areas, I would be very grateful

Thanks for the help

Dave

Default Keith Nelson

Try Keith Nelson in Moultonboro. He's really down to earth and knows the Moultonboro beat. He was (still is??) on the M'boro town zoning board, so in some cases, conflict of interest issues may come into play and he may not be able to help.

Lee Mattson in Gilford. We have used him for all of our real estate needs for quite some time and have always been pleased. New Hampshire Magazine rated him as one of the top 10 real estate attorneys in NH.

Try Atty Tim Sullivan of Wolfeboro. He's very good and has been doing real estate for a number of years. Knows the ropes.
