I see there is an Alton bay craft fair this weekend at the Alton Bay community Center.
Is this location close enough to walk to from the town dock? |

It sure is. Be careful tho - there usually is also an antique boat show at town docks till about lunch time, and so there is no public docking until after that ends.

Yes it is...I believe the hours are 10-5 on Sat and 9-3 on Sun. Sat is also the 5K road race starting and ending at the bay with race time at 9 am. Free concert at the band stand 7-9pm ...Echo Tones. Fireworks at 9:20 from the barge. Come by boat car or Perseid Meteor (oops, that's another thread...sorry MnM.
