ACVT Mission Statement

This Team is a non-profit organization formed to provide an on-going community based team of citizens that will initiate, advocate, support, and coordinate various efforts intended to respond to our community needs as envisioned by both the community and the Team

The Alton Community Visions Team is a group of volunteers who work with citizens of all ages from Alton. They work with and/or help with programs involving preschool and school age children, adults, and families.

They have a website through Prospect Mt High School (Alton / Barnstead) which includes a community calendar. Here is a link to their home page:

It is a fairly new website, and hopefully will grow with town organizations utilizing it to post information about their activities and readers utilizing it to find out about those town activities.

If possible, give the team some lead time for adding activities to the calendar, as they are all volunteers and it may take a little time to get the info up onto the calendar.
