Need a new metal roof

I am looking for a reputable construction company to rip off a metal roof and possibly replace plywood/Sheetrock/insulation and install soft its to add ventilation. I have a roof where the steel was laid directly on shingles and need it fixed the right way. Please help.

We had Howland build an addition on our home in 2017 and are very happy with the result. They stand by their work.
