yamaha super jet

Is anyone out there a mechanic for a 2015 yamaha Super jet that will not start. It's on a lift at my dock in Wolfeboro. Looking for someone who makes house calls so i don't have to pull it out of water.

Won't start or the engine won't turn over?

If not turning over, lots of information out there suggesting it might the Start/Stop switch.
