Anyone familiar with marina bay condos?is it a well run complex?

I'm not familiar with their management but just an FYI I don't believe they allow vacation rentals. We like the location and views there but I believe they only allow monthly rentals.

Thanks, just looking around the area for vacation home or possibly year round when I retire in a couple years.

Marina Bay is a "self Managed" complex which means each owner is a shareholder. They annually establish/ vote in a Board of Directors to manage General maintance, property care, etc.
It is a small community of only 40 units - 2 & 3 bedroom. Currently one of the 3 bedroom units is for sale (posted at Mountain View Yacth Club). There are very few year round residants as most are "snowbirds". HOA is very reasonable and includes water, sewer, trash pick up and plowing in the winters.
