Why should Latvia get all the credit?

We can do better, with a Sousa (Gilford HS?) Band instead of an accordian. February 11-12 weekend would be perfect. Why should Meredith get all the PR?
Between Welch, Lockes Island and the mainland is perfect. Is there a Guinness record?

Pretty clever until the outboard starts to act as a circulator melting the ice behind it. They need a long shaft and it needs to be tipped down so it does not push the warmer water up.

Our local craftsmen can do better!
