they did not host it last year, I don't believe it is happening this year either

It isn't, Sea Ray dropped sponsorship. It's up to the individual dealers to do it.

The Boston one was July 16th, run by Russo Marine.

I suspect Irwin has too much money tied up trying to buy Lakeport to sponsor it on their own.

Surely you are kidding.

That closing is way off and even if it happened tomorrow those pockets are plenty deep enough to handle a lot more than the purchase of that property. That purchase won't even make a dent.

I don't imagine it's cheap running something like that at the Margate.

No matter how deep the pockets are, running a business like that, you want to keep the emergency funds as high as possible. They aren't the US Gov. printing money they don't have.
