I think the ledger board on a small deck has come loose -- at least that end seems to be sagging and I don't seem to be able to fix it myself. Anyone out there know someone who is experienced and willing to do small jobs like this? From what I can tell, the board probably has to be replaced and rebolted into the foundation wall.
