Wolfeboro strontium 90 site

I stumbled upon this today and was surprised I hadn't heard of it before. It is interesting considering such clean-up sites are relatively rare around the lake and the surrounding region.

I distantly remember wireless strobes around the US Navy site in the late 60's and 70's. I hope that these are not one and the same!
