Default What do you pay NH co-op when your power is off?

Just wondering what kind of power bills people are getting when their cottages are closed for the winter.
I have a building on rt 25 that is totally shut down from October to May.......no heat, lights or phone.Breakers are all "off".
I receive a monthly bill from NH co-op for $62 all of which are service charges.
Member Service Charge
Delivery Charge
LGT10Delivery Charge
System Benefit Charge (twice)
NH Consumption and BET Tax
RegionalAccess Charge (twice)
Co-op Power
Any ideas?
