Fire at Riversedge Marina in Ashland

WMUR Reported that there has been a fire at the Riverersedge Marina, Ashland, overnight.

ASHLAND, N.H. —Dozens of boats were destroyed after a fire broke out at the Riveredge Marina on Squam Lake late Sunday night.

Ashland firefigfhters arrived on the scene to find the boat slip and boat storage areas in flames. The flames were so intense some boats were melted from the heat.
Officials said at least 30 boats were involved.
There were no injuries.
The fire also started a small brush fire across the river.
The state Fire Marshal is expected to arrive Monday, and the cause of the fire is still under investigation.

Don't you think they mean Squam River and not Squam Lake? Parts of Litttle Squam are in Ashland but none of Squam is in Ashland.

I think you need not be so hard on them, what did you want them to say Little Squam or River? Riversedge Marina goes by Squam Lake so I am assuming that's why WMUR did.I was there for 8 years... they have done tons of work to the place. Its a beautiful marina!!
