Default Sunk Pontoon Boat

Here is a pic I took on Monday afternoon at the Glendale docks of a double deck pontoon boat that apparently broke free from it's dock / mooring and ended up sinking. Never heard of a pontoon boat sinking as most of the quality manufacturers baffle the pontoons into multiple airtight chambers. If a hole is punctured in the pontoon it's usually not an issue as only one chamber will fill with water. This one must have been banging up on rocks along the entire underside of the pontoons to sink or it was not baffled...
