Yoga on bear island

Does anybody know if the yoga class held on the bear island mail dock on Sunday a.m. around 8 a.m. is a regular class and who leads it? I think its great and would love to contact the instructor. Thanks in advance for any info.

Did you know that the Bear Island dock which is home to the Bear Island post office belongs to the Town of Meredith just like the Cattle Landing (excellent kayak park & put in) dock that's about 75' long. Both docks, Bear Island and Cattle Landing, belong to the town, which probably makes them available as a good, centrally located rest stop or a lunch stop for kayakers.

Just wondering does the Bear Island dock get protected with a water circulator in the winter similar to Cattle Landing?

Not a bad place to do a downward dog or warrior pose if you still have the energy before paddling away!
