Gas Additive - Valvetech?

Would folks no where I can purchase the gas additive 'Valvetech' ?

I know I could purchase at a marina, and pay a premium, but are there
retailers such as Wal-Mart, K-Mart, AutoZone, etc which distribute this product?

West Alton Marina currently has it in the gas they sell. Not sure about any other Marina's
