Meridith Bay Development

Has anyone gone up to the new home at the top of the hill in the Meridith Bay Dev? This is the one that they are advertising as the New Hampshire show home of the year. The proceeds are to benefit the Boys and Girls Club of Laconia. Great cause....what does everyone think about it? I heard they are going to try and sell it for 2 million.

Unbelievable: I only saw it roughed in, BUT I observed little thinking of passive solar energy. Meaning south facing windows and closets and such to north.

PS the spelling is same as the Town: Meredith

Looks like they raised/raising a lot of money, so that is good.
