Default Fidium fiber - area installation supervisor?

The Fidium fiber installers have been in the Wolfeboro/Tuftonboro area, and according to one of them, they're doing 'the final splices' to get the system up.

Anyone know who is running this install project and how to contact them? I'd like to make sure that they cover my road, and it seems like they have come, been, and gone in my immediate area. Calls to the 800 number and the local office land on sales droids with no idea of that sort of thing.

Ironically...we currently have DSL through Consolidated Communications, who rebranded themselves recently to...Fidium. Being a current customer doesn't seem to give me any better communication choices though.

In Wolfeboro, they say they are 3ish weeks from go time. I got a mailer this week about it. I have gone to their website and "signed up" (to get a call/email when they are ready).

Did you get a mailer this week?

It says to go to

FidiumFiber.com/PreOrderToday

Two problems:

1) they strung lines on the poles on the cross street, but did not run them down my street. I would like to contact the supervisor for the initial rollout to get them to do our street as part of that work, so it doesn't turn into "sure we'll run to your house but first we'll have to wire your street and that will only be $10k" (Been there, done that, in Tuftonboro with the initial cable TV rollout)

2) Yes, we've been getting flyers in the mail, but the pre-order webpage is broken. I put in my address, it checks availability (and says yes) and asks for my info. When I hit the save button, it just spins forever. (I've called and talked to a human and got on the pre-order list that way)

Yeah, I have the same issue on the pre-order page.
