WAM lease contract
 O.K. folks:The exact wording on my WAM contract states as follows-- ( 1) lease includes docking, winter storageand two vehicle parking permits. (2 ) winterization and summeriazation are at lessee`s expense. ( 3) all waste and water tanks must be pumped prior to leaving boat for winter storage. (4 ) arrangements must be made with the office to access your boat or enter WAM property Nov. 01 through april 30 End of story
