Default My Wildlife Cam near Winnisquam

https://youtube.com/channel/UCkS3fD0...QSKydr9-A/live

This is my cam near Lake Winnisquam in Meredith. A brook leading to the lake is in the background. I plan to get another cam set up on the brook this summer.

Yeah I put out corn and black sunflower for the crows. I've been trying to befriend them, but no luck yet. I've read that it can be done.

Busy night at the ranch last night although I didn't see the bear. Kind of surprised to see a small fox and racoon eating within a couple feet of each other without any issues. Not going to lie, kind of like watching Bob Ross paint. Very relaxing..........

I see those two (not sure that it's the same ones) fairly often together. I've seen the racoon chase off the fox a few times, and after a bit the fox returns.

I've read that also. I do think that they watch for me to show up with food, they seem to show up pretty quickly after I put more out.

The one racoon brought some attitude last night and chased off the two foxes a couple of times but then they came back 30 seconds later. The bear was back last night for a while. Even climbed the tree for a bit. Pretty cool how effortless it is for them to climb.

That bear was there for a long time it seemed. I missed it climbing the tree, my neighbor mentioned that she also saw it do the climb. Last year there was a mom and two cubs, the cubs were pretty skittish and went up the trees frequently, amazing how quick they move. I also missed the two foxes and racoon. There was a racoon during the winter that had no tail, it came around just about every night. It chased off anything that got near it, including the other racoons.

I'm glad you're enjoying watching as much as I do, it's so much better than most everything on television.

I have a couple of buddies watching it now as well. How far away from the water are you? I see a couple of mallards from time to time.
