I have a number of email accounts through Breezeline (former Atlantic Broadband).
Several have stopped working, all using xxx.metrocast.net domains. These were originally set up as pop accounts, and the server is calling for an imap password. Of course, it is impossible, as always, to contact Breezeline. The website FAQs are at the level of "What is email?" and "how can I order more cable?" Is anyone else with a metrocast email address served through Breezeline having trouble? |

I don't.
But I find them easier to contact using the chat option on their website. |

They are better at responding through Messenger, too. I finally ditched them for TDS. Less expensive. Easier to deal with.
