Post Bond Issue Passed

Just a quick note that the Bond Issue for the new Gilford DPW Building, Article 3 on the Gilford Town Warrant, passed with 2/3rds of those voting doing so in favor during yesterday's Second Session. (60% was required in order to pass the bond.)

Now that hard work begins.

When it's NOT your money, It's just so so easy to spend it. Just add another $2.47 per $1,000 dollars to the Tax Bill and Wahla... Spend Spend Spend ..

Kinda like what the Democratic States around New Hampshire does. But then again.... half of them live here now.. So, I guess I'm just preaching to the choir.

Default Design Update

Some plans changes have been made to the original design that will cut some costs from the original estimate, those plan changes dealing primarily with the roof pitch on the equipment bay and extending the lower roof into an area of the equipment bay that doesn't require the high roof.
