Default Ice Wall

Lots of ice walls on the North and West side of Welch! This happened during that week of heavy wind spraying water up on everyone’s breakwater. Also ice flows from the northern part of the lake building up against the island. Here’s a pic….

Default Meredith, too...

That phenomenon is along the shoreline in our area as well, although not quite as drastic. From out on the ice, it looks like a miniature model of the rocky mountains.
