Few years ago. My homeowners went up in cost. Asked a few friends. ALL had recommendations.

One was Allstate.
This ftormf switched to Allstate and saved couple hundred dollars in premiums. He switched to Allstate.
Happy. Happy. Happy.
But, Allstate sent out a home inspector and found $3,850 in upgrades and repairs needed for Allstate insurance to continue.
So how much did this fellow save in homeowners insurance.

Yes. Some companies send out an inspector. Some now are using drones to view condition of roof.
