Usually its driver inattention….making a wide turn and swinging into a boat or dock..Happened on Kanasatka a few years ago.Boy suffered brain damage after his uncle misjudged a turn and he hit a moored boat.
Not passing judgement…..just saying that’s usually what happens in tubing accidents
