Default crash this weekend?

Anyone know of a snowmobile accident out on the lake this weekend? I swore I heard on WBZ Saturday night (might have been Friday) when I was going to sleep that there was an accident involving an 11 yo from Westford and had to be MedFlight to Dartmouth. Something about hitting a pressure ridge and getting thrown.
WMRU had nothing this weekend on it that I saw and no one on here has said anything.
Maybe I was dreaming, I was half asleep
Was just curious of where on the lake it might have happened. The pressure ridge that usually forms from LSP to Welch isn't really there this year.

Default Yes

My wife read it on one of the local town FB pages. Somewhere between Governor's and Locke's Island, apparently. The story seemed to indicate the kid hit the pressure ridge and the machine flipped over backwards, pinning him underneath it. Apparently some Gilford police were ice fishing nearby and immediately went into action to call for help and render assistance on the scene.

Very unfortunate accident. Hopefully he is ok.

Thanks, I don't know how I missed that article.
Those ridges can be tricky especially if you hit it too fast.
Hope the kid is ok.
